The LGC is a great place for girls who love music. A place to make friends, develop their leadership skills, and express themselves through singing! The LGC performs several times a year and focuses on music from a girl's unique perspective.

Joining the Choir

 

Grades 3 - 6: There is an informal audition, by appointment, and all interested girls are accepted. Rehearsals are held Tuesdays from 4:30 until 6:00. There is one Sunday afternoon rehearsal per month.

Grades 7 - 12: There is an informal audition, by appointment, and all interested girls are accepted. Rehearsals are held Fridays from 4:30 until 6:00. There is one Sunday afternoon rehearsal per month.

Rehearsals

Grades 3-6: Tuesdays 4:30 - 6:00 and every 3rd Sunday from 3 - 5pm at the Pitman United Methodist Church, Lambs Road and Broadway in Pitman.

Grades 7-12: Fridays 4:30 - 6:00 and every 3rd Sunday from 6 - 8pm at the Pitman United Methodist Church, Lambs Road and Broadway in Pitman.

Parents

To accomplish our goals we need the help of our parents. Booster meetings to take place on 3rd-Sundays after our younger girls rehearsals and before our older girls rehearsals.

This ensures: 1. No additional trips and 2. Meetings can't last longer than that hour! Pretty smart, right? Please consider joining us.
